SCIENTIFIC WORKS OF THE ARCHAEOLOGIST V. F. ZAIBERTAS A HISTORICAL SOURCE

Abstract

The scientific article is devoted to the study of the materials of the scientific archive of V.F. Seibert, an outstanding scientist, Doctor of Historical Sciences, Professor of Archaeological Sciences, Corresponding Member of the German Archaeological Institute. These materials give us an idea of ​​the scientist's personality. His main qualities are hard work and organization, multiplied by the ability to withstand and overcome difficulties without giving in to despair. They can be clearly traced in the records of the materials from the scientific archives. During the leadership of the North Kazakhstan, Kokshetau and Botai international archaeological expeditions, the scientist can be seen writing many scientific reports, articles and monographs. Currently, archaeological artifacts found at the monuments of the Atbasar and Botai cultures are stored in large museum collections of the country.
